How long have you been employed at CSDS?

Describe your current role.

My current role is a GLC (general line construction) sales rep.

What is it that sets CSDS apart from its competitors?  What is it about our company that gives you a sense of pride?

The CSDS team builds relationships with its customers. We go above and beyond for them. We make sure our customers have everything they need and feel comfortable using our products.

Describe a great day at work.

When customers are placing orders, we have products in stock, and I don’t get any returns ☺

We have heard many great things about your work ethic and attitude. Can you give us some examples of how you go “above and beyond” for our customers?

I treat every customer like how I would like to be treated in any given situation. I ask myself what would I be happy with… and then I put myself in the customer’s shoes and then try to do a little better for them. I provide service as if my customers were my long-time friends and I feel rewarded when they are satisfied.

If you were not in this role, what would you have pursued?

I have a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies so possibly something along those lines.

What's your idea of a great vacation?

Being outside either in the woods or along the northern coast of California. Enjoying some fresh air and having the ability to go mountain biking, fishing, hiking, and being able to go to a brewery in the evening for a few beers and good food.
