Radiodetection eCert™ for RD8200 & RD7200 Locators Radiodetection eCert™ for RD8200 and RD7200 locators provides a convenient solution for remote calibration verification and performance testing without requiring the locator to be returned to a service centre. Using an internet connection, eCert applies test signals to key locating circuitry components to confirm the locator remains within calibration and operating correctly. After a successful test, a Radiodetection Calibration Certificate can be printed or saved, valid for one year from the issue date and traceable to original factory calibration equipment. For compatible Data Logging models, eCert also verifies the locator’s internal clock and alerts operators if synchronization is required. Software update notifications are also provided when new firmware versions become available.
